Meet the Team
Our Sanford studio is led by Central Florida professionals with decades of design, engineering, and construction expertise.
Orlando-based with 30+ years in design and construction. Certified Building Contractor, Home Inspector, and holds certifications in Aging in Place, Green Professional Design, and Building Design. Mike's goal: help every client see their project clearly through immersive, life-size walkthroughs.
Structural engineer at heart since earning his Civil Engineering degree from UCF in 1989. As co-founder of Total Solutions Group, Carl has guided residential and commercial projects across Central Florida — bringing precision and confidence to every design session.
Allen brings more than 30 years of experience in residential design and construction. For 26 years as Founder of B&A Design, he built his career around strategic growth, client engagement, and relationship-focused leadership. Today, Allen serves as Director of Business Development for Total Solutions Group.
Joe brings over 40 years of sales and marketing experience in the electronics, software and construction industry. Along with being our Studio Operator, he is the Head Pit Master of Whiskey Church BBQ, which was the 2023 Florida BBQ Association Backyard Team of the Year.
